All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.
If purchasing an online program, full payment must be received before the program will be sent out.

Following any purchase, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed in this document.
All personal training agreements are subject to a 3-month minimum contract, after which will be a rolling monthly basis.
All training sessions must be used within the 4-week period. Any sessions not used will not be carried over to the following month or refunded.
There is a 3-month minimum commitment to all personal training agreements, no cancelled session may be refunded or carried over during this period.
You must adhere to your pre-arrange session day and times and must not be late. These are your exclusive time slots so use them wisely!
Booked sessions must be paid for in advance and are subject to tide and weather conditions being suitable.sions must be used within the 4-week period. Any sessions not used will not be carried over to the following month or refunded.
You must arrive ready to launch at the stated time, will all the necessary kit – unless you have pre-arranged for kit to be provided for you.
Everyone attending a SUP Session must make sure they have a board with leash and paddle and a buoyancy aid. You will not be aloud on the water without this and may lose your session.
If you fail to receive 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation by your trainer, you will be entitled to re-arrange your session.
You must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of your personal training sessions. This must be done via phone call or email.
Any sessions cancelled within this time period will not be carried over and no refund will be given.
Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and your personal trainer.
CANCELLATION OF ONGOING TRAINING
If you have completed 3 full months of personal training and you choose to finish your sessions going forward, you must provide 30 days written notice to Vicki@VTFitnessCoach.com.
If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and you will lose that session, in which case no refund will be made.
If your personal trainer is more that 15 minutes late you may be offered a time extension so that you receive a full hour, or a complementary session will be arranged between you and your personal trainer.
Refunds will not be given for any missed sessions without 24 hours’ prior notice.
If you are attending a pre-arranged small group training sessions no individual refunds will be given to anyone not in attendance.
If you have been advised by your GP or a medical practitioner not to continue training, any unused sessions will be honoured on your return.
No refunds will be given for any reason within the 3 months minimum commitment period.
